Finally our portable swing worked well while we camped in our RV this summer while our home is being built. 🛝

Really easy sensory play idea that kept my kids in

Really easy sensory play idea that kept my kids interested for over 45 minutes. 🙌

Added uncooked elbow noodles and dry green lentils together.

You can get the sensory tools but we just had a plastic Easter egg nearby.

Eventually the kids added a toy boat, car, and some animal figurines into the play too. 🚙🚤

A fun way to incorporate nature into dress up play.

Grab any kind of tape (duct tape works great!) and loop in around the wrist.

Kids and stick whatever they find on the tape and make a nature bracelet.

We found dandelions, acorn lids, grass, violets, feathers and more! 🌱🌿

We spent some time cleaning out our 1980s renovate

We spent some time cleaning out our 1980s renovated farmhouse this week.

Today I put my hands in the garden soil for what might be the last time before we close.

Parts of me are just heartbroken to leave what we thought would be our forever home, and other parts of so excited for what’s to come as we build our 119 acre homestead from the ground up.

I will carry precious memories with me from this house. Especially the sound of little feet on the hardwood running out to the kitchen in the morning.

I’ll also miss these beautiful stairs that were always perfect for a little photo shoot or backdrop. ✨

If you’re a breastfeeding mom, I have something for you!

My little man has been nursing like a champ. He’s crossed over the 10lbs mark at his 2 week check up. 💪🏼

Luckily he’s only had a couple of belly aches so far unlike my first who had loads of colic. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

No only does it hurt to feel their little bellies get so tense, but it’s also hard to get any sleep which makes #newmomlife a struggle.

These ✌🏼 magical supplements after a meal (especially one with beans or broccoli) can really help pass some digestive relief on to your little as they nurse.
